Guest Services Manager is responsible for managing concierge services and operations. Ensures concierge services help guests with reservations, travel arrangements, and suggestions for attractions or activities. Being a Guest Services Manager coaches concierge staff in customer service, and handles escalated customer service issues as needed. Monitors staff scheduling and shifts. Additionally, Guest Services Manager coordinates with hotel departments to deliver customer satisfaction and resolve problems. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Guest Services Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Guest Services Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Outside Guest Services Position:
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service on the bag drop and daily maintenance of the golf car fleet and driving range. This position requires professionalism and excellence in service and interaction with guests and co-workers, in addition to the loading, cleaning, staging, and storing of our golf carts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Meet/greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Maintain positive interactions with both guests and co-workers.
Keep all working areas attractive, neat, clean, free of trash and waste.
Follow procedures for opening and closing of the cart and range operations.
Responsible for cart cleanliness, cart supplies, and cart condition.
Consistently inspect the condition of each golf cart for overall appearance.
Assist pro shop staff with outing/tournament setup of golf carts and range operations.
Follow company policy and procedures for the safe cart usage.
Assist other golf staff with their duties and responsibilities.
Must be flexible and available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
Must be 16 years of age, with a valid driver’s license, and ability to stand 6-8 hours a day.
