Guest Services Manager is responsible for managing concierge services and operations. Ensures concierge services help guests with reservations, travel arrangements, and suggestions for attractions or activities. Being a Guest Services Manager coaches concierge staff in customer service, and handles escalated customer service issues as needed. Monitors staff scheduling and shifts. Additionally, Guest Services Manager coordinates with hotel departments to deliver customer satisfaction and resolve problems. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Guest Services Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Guest Services Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Job Description 
    Guest Services cast members provide an excellent experience to our guests by assisting with the movie going experience, aiding guests with purchasing tickets, the ordering and receiving of food and beverage, and providing direction to theaters. This position provides guest services in concessions, usher station or box office. This role is also responsible for maintaining a clean environment in all areas of the venue.  
     
    Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
    • Greet all guests as they enter the venue 
    • Assist guests with all ticket purchase needs 
    • Assist guests with food and beverage orders. Staying up to date on the full menu, in order to be able to make thoughtful menu suggestions for our guests. 
    • Assist guests over the telephone  
    • Control access to theatre by greeting, directing guests, and tearing tickets 
    • Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, and ensure that signage stays up to date 
    • Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties 
    • Communicate effectively with management and co-workers  
    • Stay knowledgeable of upcoming movies, advanced ticket sales, and promotions in order to guide the guest experience 
    • Maintain CC/ALD devices  
    • Monitor auditoriums for picture/sound quality, temperature, and lighting 
    • Stock and maintain merchandise  
    • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned 

    Skills Abilities included but are not limited to: 
    • Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused 
    • Able to take direction and work together as a team 
    • Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure 
    Education Experience Requirements: 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age    
    • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times 
    • Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications 

    Physical Requirements:  
    • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs 
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
