Our Guest Service Team Members are the front line of contact with our guests each and every day. They provide the charm and service that makes us special. Regular interaction with the public and the opportunity to "Make Their Day" with the way you treat
them.

Our Guest Service Team Members focus on the guest. Their primary role in the restaurant is interacting with guests. They must be able to learn the Production part of our business, but they will always be "guest first."

A day in the life of Guest Services Team Member:

• Welcoming guests, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations.

• Operating cash registers, and other electronics.

• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.

• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

• Assist guests with their Mr Gattis experience.

• Refill buffet lines as needed.

• Help guests redeem points for prizes in our Gattis gameroom.

• Assist with parties as needed.

• Be a rockstar to our guests.
