Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is an asset
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
