Guest Services Manager is responsible for managing concierge services and operations. Ensures concierge services help guests with reservations, travel arrangements, and suggestions for attractions or activities. Being a Guest Services Manager coaches concierge staff in customer service, and handles escalated customer service issues as needed. Monitors staff scheduling and shifts. Additionally, Guest Services Manager coordinates with hotel departments to deliver customer satisfaction and resolve problems. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Guest Services Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Guest Services Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Under the direction of the Family Services Program Coordinator, the Family Services Case Manager organizes, develops, implements, coordinates, supervises, and monitors the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities that are assigned to them.
CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES: Provides support to individuals who live at home and to their families. Oversees the program planning through the funding development, monitoring, assessing, and management of the Individual Support Agreement (ISA), as appropriate. Completes and reviews all documentation associated with the plan. Assists individuals in the identification of strengths, needs, and desires, as requested. Ensures that services are provided as written in the ISA. Meets regularly with each individual and their families, visiting homes on a regular basis. Responds to changing family and individual needs and works proactively with families/consumers to identify future needs. Assist and connects families to needed resources in the community. Aids and assists the family with Aris support for their contracted employees. Reviews plans as scheduled to ensure smooth, consistent implementation. Ensures that regulations are adhered to. Reviews and routes all documentation, as required.
PROGRAM COORDINATION/ DEVELOPMENT: Ensures that all services are scheduled and being received by each individual. Serves as liaison to individuals and their families. Advocates and coordinates services with other service providers including but not limited to physicians, specialists, therapists, psychologists, and Aris . Assesses families’ needs and makes recommendations, as appropriate.
CLIENT ADVOCACY AND NETWORKING: Responds to individual’s and/or families requesting assistance. Communicates with other service providers including respite providers, crisis assistance, and schools to meet individual needs. Makes referrals when needed. Serves as an advocate on behalf of the consumer, program and/or agency. Monitors the quality of services provided to individuals. Represents the agency to the general public and to referral sources, explaining functions and operations. Participates as a member of the management team.
