What you’ll do:
Outside Services
The Brass Tacks- Arrive at work on time and prepare yourself for anything
- Communicate regularly with Golf Shop Staff regarding current cart, driving range and clubhouse
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked work area
- Ensure golf carts are always available for guest use
- Maintain golf cart fleet: clean, prepare, park, and operate carts equal to Echo Falls’s standards
- Make eye contact and greet guests with a sincere acknowledgement suitable for the situation
- Be aware of driving range conditions. Monitor regularly:
- Always have enough range balls available for guests
- Keep practice facility teeing area organized, clean and fully stocked
- Dispose of outside garbage when needed
- Help with on-course guest service situations
- Ensure equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced
- Possess reasonable verbal communication and people relations skills
- Must possess solid customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
- Must have a valid Driver License, or, have a WA ID and be 18 years or older.
- Able to lift 30 pounds.

The layout features the essence of golf in the Pacific Northwest, including two of the most memorable finishing holes the region has to offer. Designed by Jack Frei, Echo Falls provides players of all skill levels a championship experience. It features a beautiful island green on the 18th hole, framed by a cascading waterfall and majestic Tudor-style clubhouse. The Golf Club at Echo Falls is a stunning location for weddings and events and accommodates up to 200 seated guests.
