The Highlands is seeking a new Guest Services Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising guest service team members in various roles such as bellman, pool attendant, and shuttle driver. You will also be interacting with guests, keeping your team informed on activities within the resort, and working with other departments in a variety of ways.
