HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst to work with metrics associated with measuring the outcome of student learning objectives to drive continuous improvement in curriculum design & development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing data, validation metrics, and quality assurance. Familiarity with ISO standards and prior experience with the Department of Energy is highly preferred. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong familiarity with ISO standards.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Possess or ability to obtain a security clearance.
The ability to obtain Specialized Compartmentalized Information (SCI) access authorization.
The candidate’s written consent to conduct a background check for the purposes of obtaining a security clearance may be required as a condition of employment.
Certain positions requiring a security clearance may require the periodic successful completion of a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience with the Department of Energy is highly preferred.
Proven track record in assessing training programs and implementing validation metrics.
LOCATION: This is a full-time onsite position in Albuquerque, NM.
SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
