HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     This position is responsible for a wide variety of HR functions and will be responsible for all aspects of HR Operations. The HR Generalist will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintain employee records, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for all in‐processing to include, including offer letters, reference checks, background checks, new hire paperwork, issuing keys, e‐verify and initiating the in‐processing sheet for all departments to complete, drug testing, and any necessary follow-up.
    • Responsible for benefits administration to include adding, changing, and deleting employee information reviewing invoices for accuracy, liaison for Managed benefits, and participating in the renewal process and open enrollment.
    • Responsible for all out‐processing procedures including sending COBRA letters, canceling insurance if applicable, collecting keys, and closing out a personnel file.
    • Review timesheets for accuracy and provide support to employees.
    • Process payroll weekly.
    • Maintain a termination listing.
    • Maintain and update all job descriptions.
    • Monitor leave requests and balances.
    • Responsible for initiating and maintaining Worker’s Compensation claims.
    • Update and maintain Employee Handbook and Labor One Policies and Procedures.
    • Understand and adhere to all applicable federal and state laws.
    • Responsible for responding and following through with all unemployment claims.
    • Participate in job fairs.
    • Assist in recruitment efforts.
    • POC for all employment verification.
    • Maintain performance evaluation forms and notify Managers of upcoming evaluations.
    • Maintain all employee personnel records.
    • Perform other HR duties as assigned.
    • Develop and maintain process flow procedures for the designated area.
