HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITY
Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
Structure large data sets to find usable information
Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years data entry experience. Previous computer experience, preferably in home
health or similar operation.
3. Previous healthcare related experience preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Ability to type 50 words per minute
2. Word processing skills
3. Personal computer skills
4. Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
