Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Location: Grand Rapids Corporate Office - Grand Rapids, MN

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Non-Remote (will work out of Minnesota office)

Job Schedule: Monday through Friday standard business hours

We are in search of a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Information Technology team! Ideal candidates will have a passion to analyze, design, and interpret reports for use in all areas of the organization.

Job Summary: The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing, interpreting and reporting business information that helps the organization make effective business decisions. The Data & Reporting Analyst will develop data and reporting tools by accessing information that is contained within various company systems, assisting the business with continuous improvement and automation of tools to drive efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Management, or related educational program AND
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience

Knowledge of:

• Retail operations
• Management information and business systems
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• General business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

Skills:

• Experience with SQL Server Databases, SQ: Server Reporting Services, Power BI and Microsoft Azure Data Analytics Preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Time management
  
• Attention to detail
