HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Dark Horse is seeking a committed and seasoned Superintendent. This role will involve overseeing and managing all facets of excavation projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate civil/excavation projects from start to finish
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including excavation crews and subcontractors
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project budgets and ensure costs are kept within approved limits
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the excavation industry
- Strong knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in excavation work
- Valid driver's license
Preferred qualifications: Experience with Outlook and Excell Spreadsheets
