HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Reporting to the Team Lead, HR Solution Center, the Data Administrator, HRSC is responsible for processing high volume data transactions for all North America and Canada. Provides support to employees and HR colleagues by telephone or ServiceNow cases in relation to HR inquiring pertaining to Policies & Procedures, Pay, Taxes, or other HR Colleagues to help resolve or escalate complex issues. Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and collaboration within the HR Solution Center (HRSC) by providing accurate and timely support within agreed team SLA's and KPI's.

    What you will do:

    • Process high volumes of data transactions to support a variety of stakeholders
    • Support a variety of inquiries received by telephone or the case management system from Employees, Supervisors, and HR colleagues in relation to HR or Payroll Policies and Processes
    • Perform all job-event HR transactional and data changes accurately and efficiently
    • Provide guidance and support in relation to Benefit and Retirement questions, assist with enrollment and ensure that all appropriate paperwork and information is received. Support employees with password resets, walking through provider tools and help with technical issues where able (only during Open Enrollment)
    • Work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and other departments to resolve questions and processing issues
    • Maintain effective and accurate information received into the HRSC via Service Now case management
    • Participate in HRSC projects or support other HR colleagues as required
    • Provide exceptional customer service to employees from a diverse organization that are seeking additional information relevant to HR Services or redirecting as appropriate
    • Achieve mastery of HRSC knowledge by engaging in cross training activities to upskill your ongoing personal knowledge and experience of all areas within the HRSC group
    • Achieve a good understanding of HR policies and procedures to make administrative and procedural recommendations and exercise judgment on sensitive issues in alignment with corporate policy/regulations
    • Support the ongoing development and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Solution Center by participating in activities such as the review and update of process documentation and team ways of working
    • Ensure that your work is managed effectively and efficiently through company systems and that you are adaptable and supportive of any new or changing technologies
    • Safeguard employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information

    What you will bring:

    • Diploma, Associates Degree or equivalent
    • 2 years HR Administrative experience
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles
    • Customer-centric orientation
    • Ability to troubleshoot and respond to high volume employee inquiries by telephone or email
    • Adaptability and patience with change, training, and case ambiguity
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Experience working in a multi-cultural HR Solution Center
    • SAP or SuccessFactors HR Master Data Experience
    • SharePoint knowledge or HR Intranet understanding
    • Experience with Canadian and/or US HR data, business rules and legislative requirements
    • Understanding of State/Provincial pay regulations
    • Experience utilizing Case Resolution/tracking systems
    • Demonstrates self-motivation, analytical, problem-solving skills, and initiative to achieve desired outcomes
    • Wants to progress and develop further within a HR team
    • Ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously with strong results and goal orientation
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with multiple functions and in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, team environment
    • Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members
    • Willingness to continuously improve the performance of both oneself and the HRSC through continuous learning and self-development
    • Ability to be flexible in terms of working schedule, potential requirement to work overtime or weekends during peak activity periods

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Salary Range $51,200 - $70,400annually. This range is estimated for Data Administrator, HRSCrole in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

    In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan,consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
