HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The team works directly with ANA leadership team and stakeholders from core business functions like Sales & Marketing to understand their programs and help measure against success. It is a unique team with a broad scope, touching many parts of the business, including market level strategy, sales, marketing, macro forecasting, etc. and plays a critical role in informing Amway North America growth strategy and influencing the ongoing journey towards becoming an insight-driven organization. While market focused, the team is a part of a larger Global Analytics function with access to global resources, tools and training.

How you would contribute to the role:
You will work on a variety of projects providing analytical support for various aspects of the business, including identifying and interpreting market level trends, partnering closely with sales and/or marketing functions helping answer critical business questions, informing business decisions, future strategy and plans. Analytical support you’ll be providing will include building reports, designing and developing dashboards and data models as well as presentations to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and business leaders that will result in informed business decisions or solutions to business challenges. You’ll consult business partners and provide thought leadership on measurement approaches to market / functional initiatives to ensure business impact is measured appropriately, resulting in continuous improvement efforts that help achieve intended outcomes.
