HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.   • Overview

    The Digital Experience Data Analyst will analyze data and trends to provide business intelligence for the Idaho Central Digital Experience. Also responsible for operations of Digital Experience and related IT systems. This includes Online Banking, Account Opening, and Digital Communication Channel analysis.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support for users requiring assistance with data mining, report generation and data analysis from a variety of data sources including Idaho Central Credit Union’s:
      • eBranch, remote deposit capture and online account opening solutions.
      • Online and branch account opening solutions for Deposit and Consumer Loan products.
      • Video banking and digital communication channels
    • Effectively report system issues by working with internal teams and 3rd party partners.
    • Assist with system configuration and maintenance activity of Digital Experience systems.
    • Responsible for ensuring industry security best practices are followed in Digital Experience
    • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant work experience required. Preference given for post-secondary degree in computer science/computer information systems, or related field or a combination of related experience and education. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications. Technical experience with enterprise systems, databases, and user support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of the Credit Union and member records. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis is preferred. Proven experience with Power BI data application.

    A demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Dedicated to serving our internal team members and holding team accountable for the Credit Union’s service standard. Be able to diagnose and solve complex problems. Professional appearance, and dependable with attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Must comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
    • Sit for extended periods of time.
    • Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
    • Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
    • Reach keyboards.
    • Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
