HR Data Analyst jobs in Syracuse, NY

Our HR Consulting Division is seeking experienced HR Data Specialist/Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our client (Tech Company) located in Syracuse, NY. This interim assignment is part-time (24 hours per week), onsite but potential for hybrid work and is scheduled to potentially last into early 2024.

POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, the HR Data Specialist/Consultant plans and carries out HRIS data input (ex. Benefits elections), administration, reporting and is passionate about data integrity.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS and/or payroll system(s). Specifically, experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
• Current knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to research, analyze and make recommendations.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability and a readiness to jump in and contribute.
• Availability during typical business hours, Monday – Friday (schedule is flexible days/hours).

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• At least two (2) to four (4) years progressive HRIS experience (ideally ADP WFN)
• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business or related field, or associate degree with commensurate experience required.
