HR Data Analyst, Sr. supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is an important member of the Ent HR team and serves as an expert consultant and trusted strategic business partner on all talent matters. Our HRBPs are integrated "Boots on the Ground" business partners whose primary focus is cultivating effective employee relations. HRBPs collaborate with team members within the HR Core Services Center to resolve general HR questions; their expertise to resolve complex HR concerns. The HRBP is a developing business partner with strong collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects. The desired candidate will have experience in several core areas of HR including employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching.

The pay range for this position is: $62,940 to $82,617 per Year (S15)
The pay range for this position is: $74,651 to $97,973 per Year (S16)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
