HR Data Analyst, Sr. supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     This position will be based in Eielson AFB, Alaska


    Responsibilities:

    The Flight Data Analyst is responsible for:


    • Able to apply statistical and evaluative methodologies of security, reliability, and utilization of legacy systems used by the organization to determine if organizational needs can be more readily met by enhancing existing assets or if a replacement is more cost effective.
    • Utilize data architecture and modeling as the framework for organizing and defining the interrelationships of data in support of the mission, goals, objectives, and strategies.
    • Analyze the use of archived data to optimize the use of existing database programs.
    • Coordinate specific test requirements with the appropriate agencies to collect Time Space Position Information (TSPI) to facilitate post mission merge.
    • Configure for the live mission viewing and recording of these information displays for the execution of test missions to include processing AARI "flash cards," Data Transfer Cartridges, and solid-state canisters containing flight instrumentation data and NACTS computer files.
    • Must be able to occasionally travel away from the normal duty location, to include deployments CONUS and OCONUS.
    • Must be willing and able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
    • May be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, shift work, and /or overtime to support mission requirements.
    • Organize and compile data as needed.
    • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
    • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
    • Perform other Duties as assigned.



    Job Requirements:


    Qualifications:


    • Must be a US Citizen.
    • Must have minimum DOD Secret Level Clearance or higher.
    • Minimum IAT Level II certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M (CompTIA Security ).
    • Experienced in using complex computer software, "merges" the AARI and NACTS inputs to create one digital file to "shape the battle" in real time allowing aircrew to debrief air-to-air test missions.
    • Background in Aviation (Required).
    • Understanding of general aviation procedures and regulations.
    • Ability to organize and compile data as needed.
    • Ability to occasionally travel away from the normal duty location, to include deployments CONUS and OCONUS.
    • Ability to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
    • Ability to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, shift work, and /or overtime to support mission requirements.

    • Location: This Flight Data Analyst position is based at Eielson AFB, Alaska.
    • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. This position may also be deployed from 30-90 days for strategic efforts.
    • Security Clearance: This Flight Data Analyst must hold an active Secret Clearance.
