    Job Overview:

     

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our Human Capital Management (HCM) processes through the Workday platform. As a Senior Workday Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday Recruiting and Compensation modules, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our organizational objectives.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Recruiting & Compensation Module Optimization: Spearhead efforts to optimize and configure the Workday Recruiting and Compensation modules, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.  Ensure Recruiting process optimization keeps in mind leading systems, such as Phenom.

    Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Recruiting and Compensation processes and functionalities.

     

    Implementation and Integration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting and Compensation features, ensuring successful integration with other modules and third-party systems, such as Phenom.

     

    System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, design solutions, and oversee the implementation of new features or updates to improve overall efficiency and user experience.

     

    Issue/Case Management: Troubleshoot system issues impacting Recruiting & Compensation, to include configuration, data and integrations.  Serve as escalation for complex issues and/or work in partnership with a support team to resolve issues.

     

    Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Workday reporting tools to analyze HR data, generate insights, and produce meaningful reports for key stakeholders.

     

    User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new features and continuous optimization of system processes.  Create and maintain end-user and internal training materials and SOP’s.

     

    Data Integrity: Create audit tools and schedule to ensure the quality and integrity of data, to include Candidate & Associate level information, foundation tables and custom business objects.  Perform updates as necessary.

     

    Compliance and Best Practices: Stay abreast of Workday updates, industry best practices, and compliance requirements, ensuring the Recruiting & Compensation modules align with regulatory standards.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Technology Analyst role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Business Analyst, with a focus on the Recruiting and/or Compensation modules. Additional experience with Recruiting Career page and CRM tools, such as Phenom is a plus.
    3. Workday certification is highly desirable.
    4. Proven experience leading end-to-end Workday enhancement projects or implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    7. In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on Workday Recruiting & Compensation functionalities.
    8. Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and proficiency in data analysis.
    9. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    10. Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance.
