The Enterprise Analytics Data Analyst Senior is able to work independently on tasks as part of a analytics team is responsible responding to requests and analyses of organizational data from SRH/SMG leadership. The analyst will supply data and analyses in support of the decision-making process at every level in the organization. The analyst will work directly with leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective decision tools. The analyst will work as part of a team to provide senior leadership with a comprehensive view of organization performance measures. The analyst will utilize a variety of applications to extract and deliver requested information.
Strong interpersonal, client relations, fact finding, analytical, project management, presentation, and communication (written/verbal) skills are needed. Experience with hospital operations, decision support/analytics projects highly preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience with Epic electronic health record reporting, database structuring, analytic tools, data visualization, reporting tools (such as Crystal Reports, Cogito, Slicer-Dicer, Clarity, Caboodle and Business Objects) preferred.
Qualifications-Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and ten plus years Epic Analytics experience or equivalent twelve years of progressive Epic electronic health systems information management experience, prefer three years in a healthcare facility with comparable computing environments.
