Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Job description:
Working as a member of the OCFMH Data and Evaluation Team, this position provides professional analytical services to the OCFMH Mental Health Transitional Living (MHTL) Homes regarding key clinical services and operations. This position elicits requirements from the above-mentioned departments to conduct analyses and generate metrics that are utilized to measure and forecast patient progression to restoration and assist those departments in making modification to treatment coordination and procedures to better align with their targets and goals. Utilizing patient safety, incident, legal, and competency-restoration data, the position creates or generates data quality and ad-hoc management/analysis tools, data extracts, visualizations and reports. In collaboration with the BITS Health Information Technology (HIT) Team, the position analyzes treatment data across systems and compiles the information into reports and dashboards that aim to assist departments in improving care coordination, streamlining departmental processes, and minimizing administrative delays to patient care.
