HR Data Analyst, Sr. supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews;
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization;
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution;
    • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies;
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and impartial resolutions;
    • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions;
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans;
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures;
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements;
    • Collaborate with department heads to implement professional development initiatives;
    • Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics for management;
    • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs;

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist;
    • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required;
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Microsoft Teams;
    • Thorough knowledge of Minnesota employment-related laws and regulations;

    Compensation can go up to $80,000 / year, based on proven experience, and meeting requirements & responsibilities above.
