Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Essential Duties:
Specific duties and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Data Collection and Preparation:
o Collect, clean and preprocess large volumes of raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
o Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
· Data Analysis and Interpretation:
o Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.
o Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
o Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
· Reporting and Visualization:
o Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision making.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely reports.
· Quality Assurance:
o Implement data quality checks to ensure the integrity of the data and troubleshoot data anomalies or discrepancies.
o Develop and maintain documentation outlining data analysis processes and methodologies.
· Collaboration:
o Work closely with other teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for various projects.
o Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data retrieval and processing capabilities.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field required.
· 2-5 years of experience in database development and management. Hands on experience with systems like Oracle, MySQL, SQL, Server, or equivalents.
· Ability to perform in a tight deadline driven environment with ever changing priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Thorough understanding of project management.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
