Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The AETC Storage Engineer provides technical support for the engineering and maintenance of the organization's systems infrastructure, including supporting the design and implementation of hardware and software while monitoring the performance of deployed systems. The position assists with architectural documentation, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) documentation and validation, STIG compliance, status reports and updates, and provides client level support to AETC instructors and courses. The AETC Storage Engineer assists with coordination among resources and stakeholders for the testing and validation of system upgrades and modifications for new projects and existing deployments. The position also supports configuration and change managements processes; and ensures project/action plans, updates/upgrade tasks, and potential issues are briefed to appropriate stakeholders.
