As a Petition Circulator, you will gather signatures for the proposed 2024 Adult Use Cannabis legalization ballot initiative from the general public. We are seeking self-motivated and sociable people to work as Petition Circulators across North Dakota. This is a temporary position with flexible hours starting May 1, 2024.

Responsibilities:
You will work at specific locations (entrances to supermarkets, libraries, etc) or local events with high foot traffic to politely ask members of the public if they are qualified to vote in ND and if they would be interested in signing the petition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 21 years old
• Must be a North Dakota resident and a qualified voter
• Must have a bank account to set up direct deposit to receive compensation
• Ability to stand outside for extended periods of time including days with variable weather.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Integrity

• 4 hour shifts
• 6 hour shifts
• Day shift
• Evening Shift
• Weekend Shift
• Choose your own hours
