MEP Coordinator

Role Highlights: Embark on an exhilarating journey as an MEP Coordinator, taking the helm of a prestigious hospitality project. Here, you'll orchestrate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring they harmonize seamlessly within project parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preconstruction: Influence MEP subcontractor scopes, fine-tune MEP schedules, and offer strategic insights on contract document modifications.

• Construction: Champion MEP-related tasks, supervise equipment procurement, steer quality control, and oversee project meetings, ensuring MEP excellence from start to finish.

• Startup & Commissioning: Lead the charge in system pre-testing, collaborate on commissioning, and liaise with industry experts to stay ahead of MEP trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with a collaborative spirit.

• Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Excel 2000, and a deep familiarity with Procore.

• A proactive, adaptable nature with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Location Note:
