HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Company is seeking a full-time automotive technician to work at our very busy state-of-the-art dealership. Previous experience with hi-line cars is a plus. Attention to detail and providing outstanding customer service is a must. The Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. A technician is expected to perform quality work without direct or continual supervision and be able and willing to work on all assigned work given to them. Essential Functions: Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take vehicle to stall area. Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Communication with parts department to obtain needed parts Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by supervisor. Examine the vehicle to determine if additional work is needed.
Other Duties:
High School diploma or the equivalent ASE certification preferred Proficient mechanical skills Ability to collaborate with the public and other dealership personnel Must have valid CT driver's license and maintain an acceptable safe driving record in order to drive our customers vehicles
