As the Director of HR Data Intelligence for the Aerospace business, you will be a proactive strategic business partner, creating value through predictive and actionable insights, accelerating decision making. High level of interaction with senior HR and business leaders where you will utilize your combination of data and analytics skills and business acumen, to identify strategic priorities and provide solutions to key stakeholders.
You will:
•Strategically partner with HR and Business Leadership, embedded in business discussions, driving thought provoking discussions supported by data.
•High level understanding of business challenges - help solve critical challenges and provide deeper knowledge and understanding of critical organizational processes, drawing insights based on business knowledge.
•Manage Aerospace workforce analytics, forecasting and census management process
•Provide analytics insights to support key business initiatives (e.g., workforce ramp up/down, GBE reorgs, repositioning analytics, fixed cost reduction).
•Analyze data to meet specific business needs, providing stakeholders with relevant and actionable insights.
•Foster strong relationships with HR and Finance leaders through open, transparent, and empathetic communication, actively listening to others, expressing ideas clearly, and ensuring a mutual understanding to build trust and collaboration.
•Partner with predictive analytics to address business problems/issues and heighten awareness of predictive insights and value, embedding forward looking analysis into day-to-day business decisions.
•Optimize self-service reporting solutions, lead automation/standardization and support HRDI initiatives.
•Effectively partner with the Global HR Reporting Operations team, providing SBG requirements and deliverables aligned to business needs.
Simply put, this is a strategic leadership role which will lead both transformational activities as well as daily execution supporting HR and business partners. The role reports directly to the VP of HR Data Intelligence with matrix reporting to the business HR leadership as well. This role may also support some Corporate functions in addition to the Aerospace business.
YOU MUST HAVE:
•Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline
•5 years of relevant work experience
•Strong Microsoft Excel analytics skills
