HR Data Supervisor jobs in Santa Maria, CA

A dynamic organization in Santa Maria, CA is looking for an HR Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the areas of payroll, benefits, recruitment, termination, leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, and HRIS in accordance with policy.

Pay: $30-$45 depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: On-site in Santa Maria, CA
Duration: Permanent

Job Duties:

• Responsibilities will include employee recruitment, onboarding and termination, employee training and professional development, performance management, human resources (HR) policy development and implementation, benefits management, and employment law compliance.
• Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and recommends revisions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and secure HRIS database preparing reports in support of department and company functions as required.
• The position is also responsible for some administrative duties for the organization as assigned.
