HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.   • Summary:
    The HR Supervisor acts as a subject matter expert of high touchpoint HR functions in support of optimizing the employee experience at Greenpoint and developing and retaining top talent. This visible role is designed to act as a liaison for the HR Business Partners, Sr. HR Analyst and the HR Admin to identify areas for improvement, implement positive change in support of employees.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Oversees the employee life cycle and continually seeks to improve the experience from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for leaves administration and employee medical issues. Provides personal assistance to employees while expertly communicating options, employee’s rights, and legal compliance.
    • Supports Sr. HR Manager in ensuring that company-wide training requirements are met for HR compliance. Recommends and works with HR team to develop and deliver any training needed to address areas of weakness.
    • Acts as the HR administrator for the 401(k) plan. Ensures that plan processes are properly executed, coordinates meetings, participates on the fiduciary committee, and communicates plan information to employees as needed. In partnership with the Finance administrator, acts as the point person for audits.
    • Responsible for creating and implementing meaningful employee recognition programs that help to drive the behaviors we expect and retain the top talent.
    • Supports HSE efforts by working closely with the HSE Manager on processes/procedures, injury response and accident prevention programs.
    • Provides employees with support for benefits-related questions, help troubleshoot issues that arise and act as a liaison with Safran Benefits as needed. Oversees the open enrollment process.
    • Supervises HR Admin and provides support to ensure all data entry, employee files, workflows for onboarding/offboarding and recordkeeping is kept up to date and in compliance with applicable laws. Provides support and back up for HRIS data entry and helps troubleshoot issues.
    • Working with the Sr. HR Manager and Sr. HR Analyst, ensures prompt responses to corrective actions and audit requests.
    • Ensures that SOPs are in use for all key processes and by frequently auditing records.
    • Works in partnership with Talent Acquisition in support of hiring and retaining top talent.
    • Supports adherence to all labor laws and provisions including internal policies and procedures. Researches new laws/policies, develops implementation plans and creates appropriate communications to ensure adherence. Drafts internal policies as needed.

    Qualifications::

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR Supervisor AND at least 5 years in a Sr. HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. PHR, SPHR or similar certifications preferred.
