HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Primary Accountabilities:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Recruiting Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and HR, with a proven track record of success in both areas. As an HR & Recruiting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to assisting in the onboarding process. You will also be responsible for assisting with various HR related activities to support the organization.

    Major Duties:
    • Research, recommend and assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, offer letters and all pre-employment activities
    • Assist with facilitating onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the organization
    • Collaborate, help develop, documents and implements various HR procedures and processes
    • Assist in managing accurate people data in HRIS/ATS system
    • In conjunction with HR Generalist, provides HR support to the organization, including but not limited to performance management, annual benefits enrollment, required federal reporting, and compliance activities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
    • Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruiting
    Requirements & Preferred Attributes:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • 4 years of experience in HR and recruiting
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
    • HR certification highly preferred (THRP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
    • Must be a self-starter, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and exercise sound judgement
    • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously while working under pressure to meet hiring needs and deadlines
    • Must have a continuous improvement mindset
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems; any prior experience working with Paylocity is a plus
