ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Multi-Line Phone Answering
* Maintaining Record of Field Reporting To and From Work
* Processing Important Information to Management
* Filing of Reports
* Assist in Scheduling of Field Team
* Assist in Scheduling of Applicants

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
