    What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Use your organization and time management skills to prioritize your day & tasks
    • Full desk recruiting for 20% of open requisitions
    • Oversee Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Module System (LMS)
    • Administer employee benefits
    • Administer leave of absences, including FMLA
    • Create and conduct trainings
    • Assist with performance management

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
    Bachelor degree and three plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience. Valid driver’s license and are insurable.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
    • We believe in investing in our team members' growth. FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $60,800/annually with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
    • Example: Meet minimum requirements start at $60,800/annually; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $62,600; 5 additional years of direct experience $64,500, etc.
    • Excellent benefit package, including an HMO, Dental, 100% company paid Vision, 100% company paid Disability, 100% company paid Life, matching 401(k) plan, generous PTO plan with accruing 4 weeks the first year of employment 12 paid holidays!
