What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Use your organization and time management skills to prioritize your day & tasks
- Full desk recruiting for 20% of open requisitions
- Oversee Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Module System (LMS)
- Administer employee benefits
- Administer leave of absences, including FMLA
- Create and conduct trainings
- Assist with performance management

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree and three plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience. Valid driver’s license and are insurable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- We believe in investing in our team members' growth. FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $60,800/annually with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
- Example: Meet minimum requirements start at $60,800/annually; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $62,600; 5 additional years of direct experience $64,500, etc.
