Job Title: HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst 2
Location: Corporate Satellite Office – Meridian, Idaho
Starting Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)

Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm*

Job Summary:
The HR Information Systems Analyst provides analytical and functional support to the HR and payroll systems within the organization by defining and implementing best practice processes. This role participates in multiple phases of the HRIS project cycle and performs project administrative tasks as needed in collaboration with the IT Business Relationship Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform functional configuration of HR and Payroll systems to include SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, Workforce, and other HRIS platforms.
* Participate in system implementation projects.
* Test and implement system enhancements in a detailed and timely manner.
* Solve complex issues using strong, analytical troubleshooting skills.
* Collaborate and support the HR business users with system improvements and to help resolve issues.
* Seek new opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency of the business process through the HRIS technology.
* Work on both in-person and virtual platforms to communicate and coordinate with team members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience working with a large HRIS or Payroll system.
* Previous experience working with UKG, SuccessFactors, or SAP is a highly desirable.
Additional Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
* Understanding and familiarity with HRIS/Payroll business and functional processes.
* Ability to work efficiently with team members from different geographical locations and expertise backgrounds. * Ability to work effectively and independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.

Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
