Responsibilities/ Qualifications:
- Must have multi-location experience
- Dayforce or UKG experience a plus
- Run and create reports as requested
- Coordinates HR system implementations, upgrades and enhancements through system setup, changes and configuration with software vendors, IT, and payroll, when applicable. Manages and troubleshoots data import/export issues. Supports projects with analysis, coordination and communication.
- Responsible for working with HR/Payroll team members to identify appropriate process workflow for automated processes. Documents, implements and test system workflow.
- Designs documentation for end-user training to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of HR systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel to include database implementation, data import/export, report/queries implementation.
- A demonstrable ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data to find undiscovered patterns or knowledge applied to further systems development and improvement.
