    As a People Analytics HRIS Manager your responsibilities will be:

    • Provides expert functional and technical support for the HRIS function. Serves as a key resource and subject matter expert (SME) regarding HRIS functionality for functional areas, including Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent,  and Reporting.
    • Responsible for designing, deploying, and managing various HR technology. Create and execute a technology roadmap that balances the strategic and operational needs of the organization.
    • Optimize HR tools and drive HR process optimization and standardization related to systems while balancing the business need for flexibility across the organization.
    • Develop and implement data architecture and integrity policies, processes, and audits that ensure data is secure, accurate, and up to date while supporting regulatory requirements and best practices.
    • Drive efforts to determine the organization's best HR technology options, lead system implementation, migration, and integration efforts in strong collaboration with other HR teams and Information Systems. This includes determining requirements, testing, rollout, communication, and end-user training and adoption.
    • Develop regular rhythms and scaled, HR repeatable processes and services for delivering on people data and reporting. 
    • Observe our reporting cycles, make recommendations for increasing speed and efficacy for delivering data, create a roadmap for data integrity projects and execute.
    • Develop partnerships with people data stakeholders and build a community of users, providing regular updates and communications about people data. 
    • Translate data and reporting insights into stories for our Human Resources Business Partners and our Leadership to share with executives and across our employee population where applicable. 
    • Driving automation projects that will improve data integrity and business processes.
    • Support the reporting and analysis of some of our HR programs such as performance management, compensation-related cycles, and benefit enrollment.

    A strong People Analytics HRIS Manager will possess:

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of HR systems, reporting and analytics experience. 
    • At least 5 years of HR technology experience, including 2 years of management-level experience supporting HR technology solutions that include implementations, business process improvements, and development of a self-service culture.
    • Experience diagnosing problems and identifying and driving appropriate solutions.
    • Experience driving major change/transformation initiatives in a matrixed organization.
    • Excellent project management skills; self-sufficient in maintaining multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. 
    • The ability to speak both the language of the business and the language of operations; comfortable speaking to a wide range of audiences with varying degrees of knowledge and fluency around people-related data and analytics.
    • Proven technical writing skills for developing, implementing, and maintaining documentation.
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated understanding of the laws and regulations that affect HR systems.
    • Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources to find problems and make effective decisions. 
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
    • Ability to translate the technical nature of compensation for clear stakeholder understanding.
    • A consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications. Highly proficient with Excel.
