HRIS Coordinator
Status: Full Time position
General Summary:
Provides administrative support for all HRIS systems including ADP WFN, Employee/ Manager Self Service, Recruitment, PaperVision, DocuSign, VeCred. Enters and maintains HR related data into ADP WFN in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for the internal and external job posting program. Assists in the identification of process improvements for all HR related functions and systems and ensures standards for data integrity are upheld. Responsible for timely compliance with all Network policies and programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support for all of HRIS systems including ADP WFN, Employee/Manager Self Service, Recruitment module, PaperVision, DocuSign, VeCred and vendor sites as directed.

Troubleshoots, researches, and supports system related questions and issues.

Assists in the identification of process improvements for all HR related functions and systems.

Prepares regular audit reports. Works as directed to assist with corrective follow up actions as necessary.

Responsible for the internal and external job posting program. Duties include posting open jobs, maintaining applicant flow logs, uploading all recruitment related documents in ADP WFN, placement of internal job posting announcements on the HR portal, and submitting external classified advertisements/job posting for publication.

Provides administrative support for the hiring process, this includes sending offer letters and completing background checks.

Process employee referral bonuses in ADP WFN.

Assists in the onboarding process coordination efforts as directed by HR Director.

Enters and maintains HR data into ADP WFN in an accurate and timely manner. Ensures standards for data integrity are upheld.

Maintains confidential employee personnel files within all required federal and state guidelines. Retains required records.

Performs administrative and clerical functions, copies files and other documents, faxes, composes letters and memos, sorts department mail, prepares employee mailings and distributions,

Assists with preparation of reports and surveys.

Responsible for MasterControl tasks as assigned ensuring accurate and timely response to designated tasks.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

1 to 3 years of HR and/or Data Analytics experience required.

Knowledge of HRIS required.

Knowledge of ADP WFN preferred.

Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and procedures, compensation strategies and human resources policies.
