HRIS Analyst jobs in Philadelphia, PA

The HRIS Analyst serves as a facilitator and functional and configuration resource for Jefferson’s Time and attendance application (workforce software). This position provides functional application expertise for various policy driven pay practices and leave administration. The HRIS Analyst will provide guidance for reviewing new business processes and solution designs to ensure that cross-functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during system configuration.
