We serve more than 400 pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and device organizationsJob DescriptionThe primary focus of the HRIS Analyst is to provide support and guidance to the HR team by creating and maintaining reports, tools, and analytics necessary to meet team initiatives. This position will also be responsible for managing system updates and new feature releases as well as managing system security. Primary ResponsibilitiesActs as internal system consultant for the HR Team by:Meeting with the heads of each HR function regularly to determine the current initiatives for each team and suggesting Workday tools & analytics to help them meet their goals more efficientlyRecommending solutions or alternate methods for system issuesResearching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flawsWriting, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports utilizing available reporting tools.Assisting in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needsHelping maintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data, and working with the HR team to evaluate gapsDeveloping user procedures, guidelines and documentationTraining HR Users (new and existing) on processes and functionality of the systems and assisting team with system-related questions and needsManages system updates and new feature releases by:Managing semi-annual Workday version releases by researching new features, evaluating which ones should be adopted by Bioclinica, and implementing and testing those that are addedAuditing, validating, and updating data within HR systems to achieve data integrity and ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirementsMaking configuration changes to security and business processes as neededContinuously analyzing system applications and tools to ensure best practices.Assisting with the management of HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancementTraining HR users on new processes/functionalityLead the security configuration of the Workday platform including overall framework, development of new security roles and business process definitions by:Conducting meetings and working closely with HR and management to improve business processes and reporting and analytics available to the organizationActing as internal Workday security subject matter expert by providing consultative and functional assistanceAdministering Workday security by granting user access, coaching for role assignment accuracy and maintaining security protocols and programsEnsuring proper protocols are developed and followed to meet audit compliance requirementsAssists with departmental initiatives by:Managing projects as requestedMaintaining professional means of communication with all staffSecondary ResponsibilitiesContributes to team effort by:Cross-training and serving as back up to other HR functionsExploring new opportunities to add value to organization and departmental processesPerforming other duties as assignedMaintains Technical Knowledge by:Attending and participating in applicable company-sponsored trainingAttending and participating in applicable continuing education in Human ResourcesReviewing publications QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or related field requiredPHR/SPHR Certification preferredExperience:2-5 years of experience supporting Workday or another enterprise application systemWorking knowledge of HR practices requiredExperience in Configurable Security, Custom Report writing, and/or Data Audit requiredData protection and privacy experience requiredAdditional skill set:Ability to maintain confidentiality a mustAbility to work in group setting and independently; ability to adjust to changing prioritiesExcellent attention and orientation toward meticulous work; strong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain professional and positive attitude Additional InformationWorking conditions:Travel: 0-25%Lifting: 0-100lbsOther: Computer work for long periods of time EEO StatementBioclinica is an equal opportunity employer.
