HRIS Clerk performs routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) group. Inputs data into a computer processing system and reviews output for accuracy. Being a HRIS Clerk generates standard reports for Human Resources or managing personnel. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, HRIS Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The HRIS Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Position Summary: Processes title registrations for all purchases and sales. Verifies costs for the accounting department and registers all vehicles through the DMV Verifies all payoffs have been properly handled and that titles come in on a timely basis. Floors stock vehicles as titles are received. Keeps up with all title regulations and fees.

Requirements:
• 3 years of experience as a title clerk within an automotive dealership
• Outstanding customer service skills and professionalism required
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents
• Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK/ADP experience
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• MS Excel
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
