Description
Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida is a private, medical practice specializing in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery/Spine and Pain Management.
The HRIS Clerk role will utilize the software technology, "Paylocity" used for Company, human resource functions.
These functions include but are not limited to, maintaining and updating employee records, onboarding new employees, time off approvals and tracking, recruiting functions, employee learning activities, benefit entry and tracking, administrative reporting. This role will require interfacing with key, HR vendors such as insurance brokers, insurance carriers, background screeners etc.
The clerk shall also assist in setting up interviews, maintain documents, address employee inquiries and provide basic support for HR functions. This position will also take on special projects from time to time.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and use of Power Point and/or other presentation software is a plus. Understanding of general HR concepts is preferred.
This role reports to the Finance and Administrative Team.

-High School diploma (or equivalent) or greater education.
