Job Summary:
Independently and under direction from the Board of Directors, lead, guide, plan and direct the organization’s services and programs for the elderly. Ensure financial stability and budgetary development oversight, promoting an organizational culture that establishes and maintains strong relationships among staff, program participants, and the community.

The Executive Director must be able to competently execute responsibilities as follows, along with related functions that arise while managing the organization:
