    Position Summary:

    We are looking for Senior IT Manager - HRIS / Legal Systems to join our team as a key contributor in the transformation and growth of our businesses. This role will sit on our IT Corporate Systems Team and will partner with our People & Culture and Legal Teams on the creation of our digital blueprint, technical roadmap, and delivery of our transformational growth agenda.

    Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

    What You'll Do:

    • Own the strategy, design, requirements, configuration, user experience, and highest-level support within our enterprise HCM implementation
    • IT Business Partner to People & Culture Team to find opportunity and align technology with needs to drive business impact
    • Lead design sessions, provide thought leadership, and support the implementation of People & Culture (Human Resources) and Contract Management technology solutions
    • Identify new compliance, legislative requirements, policies, and procedures that may have system impact(s)
    • Evaluate current HCM (Human Capital Management) trends and practices, implement best practices, and provide value to increase HR and Legal capabilities
    • Develop/evaluate, select, and prioritize projects & project requests
    • Lead HCM transformation projects and change management efforts to ensure they are on time, within budget, and to customer expectations
    • Responsible for customer satisfaction, service level agreements and IT improvement plans
    • Responsible for the modernization and migration of Welch's legacy systems environment to a cloud first strategy
    • Additional duties & responsibilities as needed to support the business and IT transformation

    Who You Are:

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Org Development/Psychology, Business, or a related field
    • 7 years' progressive IT experience required, preferably supporting HR and Legal functions.
    • 5 years' HCM experience and expertise implementing Tier 1 Cloud HR systems (such as Oracle HCM/SAP SuccessFactors/Workday, etc.)
    • Deep Functional knowledge in Core Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruiting (ATS), Payroll, Benefits Administration, Absence & Labor Scheduling, Integrations & Data Exchange, and Compensation
    • Functional knowledge of Talent Management, Compensation, and Succession Planning is a plus
    • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
    • Strategy and planning: Ability to set goals and lead cross-functional team to execute objectives
    • Excellent organizational, time management and negotiating skills
    • Builds and retains relationships with business and technology colleagues
    • Shows consistent and appropriate responsiveness to both urgent and non-critical matters
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
