    This role will serve as the technical point of contact for our Workday platform.  You will assist stakeholders with enhancing current and future Workday configuration, buildout and support.  You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure proper tools and resources are in place to support our dynamic and growing organization.  Reporting to the VP of People & Talent, you will work closely with the HR and People teams as the SME of Workday, working to continually improve our HR technology.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as the Workday system expert for support of business processes, integration support, reporting, and data integrity for the Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time/Attendance and Reporting modules. 
    • Partner with our People team and other internal stakeholders, primarily accounting and payroll, as well as our benefits team, to help define business requirements, implement, test, and deploy solutions, changes to business processes, or integrations as needed.
    • Provide support and testing for Workday system updates or upgrades, developing and executing on test plans while troubleshooting system changes and analyzing impacts of enhancements and new features.
    • Design, maintain, and support a variety of complex reports and queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
    • Gather and document business requirements, track and configure systems changes and/ or work with third party consulting partners on implementation and systems integrations.
    • Provide complete HRIS platform administrative support including, but not limited to integrations to both internal and external systems.
    • Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements within Workday.
    • Responsible for administrative functions to include security, tenant management, vendor engagement and issue escalation
    • Partner with benefits and HR teams on cyclical processes like open enrollment, compensation merit process, bonus payout, etc.  

     

    What You Need

     

    • You have 3 years of broad Workday experience managing modules, including configuring business processes, security policies, creating and maintaining reports; and providing support to partners and stakeholders.
    • Have basic understanding of integrations and Workday Security, as well as understanding of business process framework in Workday modules.
    • Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes, HRIS business systems (Workday), data systems and other HR tools.
    • Proven track-record of developing and configuring effective solutions that drive value and deliver measurable impact to employee experience.
    • Strong technical mindset and decision making skills.
    • Ability to think critically, work independently, and problem solve complex scenarios.
    • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
