POSITION SUMMARY

This position (remote or in-person) focuses on developing and maintaining custom business intelligence tools, developing InFor ERP features, and creating other software solutions at SGMC Health. Responsibilities include establishing redundancies, creating job aids, and producing workflow documentation to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of applications. The role requires close collaboration with different departments to develop software solutions that reduce paper usage and improve the accuracy of data gathering. The role is dedicated to keeping up-to-date with industry standards and new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of experience in reporting development with a strong focus on the module of an ERP system (preferably Infor ERP) required.
• Experience with Infor ERP's Finance & SCM modules.
• Familiarity with Infor ERP's financial & SCM data structures and reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERP applications like SAP, Workday, Infor, D365, Oracle
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Birst, Power BI, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Knowledge of Data Lakes, data warehousing, design, and modeling techniques and principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Independent and proactive approach to work, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, various programming Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), SQL, Visual Studio, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), PHP, Laravel, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, AJAX, and other front-end web development frameworks is advantageous.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skilled in managing multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously, with the flexibility to prioritize and adjust tasks as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate within a team environment.
• If working remotely, this role involves working independently from your secured home office, collaborating with co-workers via video calls and project management tools.
• Robust analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Normal business setting with moderate to high stress in accomplishing daily responsibilities. Ability to sit, stand or walk for moderate periods.
