HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Hires and trains restaurant staff, coaches and corrects as necessary.
    • Supervises and directs staff activity during operating hours.
    • Markets and promotes the restaurant.
    • Ensures quality guest experiences and satisfaction.
    • Grows sales and profits through operational improvements and marketing.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
    • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience through table visits and other guest interactions.
    • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
    • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
    • Develops and maintains email and social media programs to positively promote the restaurant.
    • Collaborates with other managers on menus and other promotions.
    • Conducts daily pre-shift meetings.
    • Works with other managers to hit sales, food cost, and labor cost targets.
    • Conducts daily inspection of the restaurant, equipment, and premises to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facility for guests and staff.
    • Maintains POS for accuracy, efficiency, and optimal performance.
    • Executes special projects as determined by ownership.
    • Ensures cash and inventory controls; performs daily sales reconciliation/reporting.
    • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by ownership.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Familiarity with proper food handling, safety, and other industry standards.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email Applications, Social Media.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and basic internet functioning.

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous restaurant experience required.
    • Successful completion of management training and management experience required.


    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Prolonged periods of standing/being on feet.
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
    • Ability to work well with people.
