HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. As an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread you would be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. You must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management. You will assist the General Manager with daily operating procedures, such as maintaining cafe operations, ensuring product quality, maximizing financial contributions, and supervising the development of the Shift Supervisors and hourly cafe team members.

Hourly Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $19.00 per hour - $28.34 per hour ; Plus Monthly Profit
Additional Benefits: You will begin accruing vacation time upon hire at a rate of 3.4615 hours per pay period, capped at 90 hours of vacation per year. This job is also eligible for profit share bonuses.
Physical Standards: Ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-pace environment for up to ten (10) hours in length; frequent reaching, bending, squatting and stooping; ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
