Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant (coming soon), including staff supervision, inventory control, and food production
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees to build a strong team
- Manage employee schedules
- Utilize POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and/or entertainment industry wanted
- Strong knowledge of bartending, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures is a plus
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management strategies
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with POS system (point-of-sale software)
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational goals
