HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     What YOU will do:

    As a HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Lead Specialist you will oversee the maintenance and optimization of our HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent technical skills, a proactive approach to system enhancements, and the ability to teach others.


    • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
    • Perform standard HR transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Create custom reports as needed for HR leadership and other departments.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and implement solutions.
    • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS by auditing and analyzing information regularly.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and other users of the HRIS.
    • Support HRIS projects, such as decommissioning legacy systems, new module implementations or implementations for bolt on systems
    • Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

    What YOU need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
    • 5 years in an HRIS or similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of HRIS processes and database management.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Paylocity, SAP, Success Factors) and advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Attention to detail and strong ability to enter data with accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, ability to adapt quickly to new software and computer applications.
    • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
