HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. This role is primarily responsible for managing and driving Workday optimization and adoption across the VEG organization. You will work to continuously provide support for the Workday system and its users by performing data validation activities, assisting with researching and troubleshooting issues, building custom reports, and helping to test new functionality, updating and building process and training procedures, as well as simple configuration changes within the system. You will serve as a HRIS Analyst supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, such as Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc.,
